Chef Tourneville orchestrates a symphony of flavourful wit, and helms the pioneering culinary team of Executive Chef Arief Wicaksono and Executive Sous Chef  Putu Sudarsana, who are equally adept at raising the eyebrows of the palate fatigued.

    Bali restaurants have been dominating the Indonesia winners of the famous MIELE 2013 Asia’s Top 20 RestaurantsAmong all the inspiring Chefs invloved, few names are joining ‘4 CHEFS & A FEAST’ – a celebration of Indonesia culinary pioneers, in particular Bali as one of the rising culinary destinations.

    Chris Salans (Mozaic), Will Meyrick (Sarong) , Nicolas ‘Doudou’ Tourneville (MÉTIS) and Phil Davenport (Kudeta) are delighted to serve a ‘one and only’ 4 Course Dinner showcasing their culinary creations. This event will be held at Mozaic Beach Club on Wednesday, 22 May 2013.
