  Bali restaurants have been dominating the Indonesia winners of the famous MIELE 2013 Asia’s Top 20 Restaurants. Among all the inspiring Chefs invloved, few names are joining ‘4 CHEFS & A FEAST’ – a celebration of Indonesia culinary pioneers, in particular Bali as one of the rising culinary destinations.

  Chris Salans (Mozaic), Will Meyrick (Sarong) , Nicolas ‘Doudou’ Tourneville (MÉTIS) and Phil Davenport (Kudeta) are delighted to serve a ‘one and only’ 4 Course Dinner showcasing their culinary creations. This event will be held at Mozaic Beach Club on Wednesday, 22 May 2013.
